RealtorAI makes videos for property agents. When we say "we" or "us", we mean the company below.

What we collect
In short: Only what we need to make and post your videos, and run your account.
Your name card
Your CEA registration number, agency name and agency licence number.
What you add
Listings, photos, videos, PDFs and scripts.
Your voice
Your voice recording and your voice clone.
Your face
Your face photo and your AI presenter.
Connected accounts
The social accounts you connect, like a Facebook Page or YouTube channel.
Payments
Payment records. We never see your full card number.

How you use the service, device data and cookies.
Why we use it
In short: To make your videos, run your account and help you. Marketing only if you agree.
We use your data to:

We send you marketing only if you agree to it.
Your face and voice
In short: We use your face and voice only with your separate, clear consent. You can withdraw it any time.
Your face and voice are personal data under the PDPA. We treat them with extra care.
- Separate consent. We ask for your clear consent before we make a voice clone or AI presenter. This is its own step, apart from signing up.
- Only your own. You can only use your own face and voice.
- Only for your videos. We use them to make your videos, never for anyone else.
- Your choice, any time. You can withdraw your consent whenever you like.
How to withdraw your consent
Go to Settings, then Voice or Presenter, and tap Delete. We stop using them. We remove them from our systems and our providers within 30 days.
Videos you've already posted stay on each social media app until you delete them there.
AI training
In short: We don't use your face, voice or videos to train AI models.

Who helps us
In short: A few service providers help us run RealtorAI. Each one gets only what it needs.

Sending data outside Singapore
In short: Some providers are overseas. Contracts keep your data protected there.
Some of our providers store or process data outside Singapore.
The PDPA has rules for sending data overseas. We follow them. We use contracts that give your data protection comparable to the PDPA.

YouTube, Google, TikTok and Meta
In short: We use a connected account only to post the videos you choose. You can disconnect any time.
YouTube and Google
RealtorAI uses YouTube API Services. We use your connection to upload the videos you choose to your channel.
By connecting YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies.
Remove our access any time in your Google security settings.
Facebook and Instagram (Meta)
We access the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you choose. We use this to post your videos and Reels there.
To remove us on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business Integrations, and remove RealtorAI.
TikTok
We use your connection to send the videos you choose to your TikTok inbox. You finish posting in the TikTok app.
You can also remove RealtorAI from your app permissions inside TikTok.
Disconnect in RealtorAI
Go to Settings, then Social accounts, then Disconnect. Your RealtorAI account stays open.
We don't sell your data
In short: We never sell your data. Not to anyone, ever.
We share data only with the service providers above, to run RealtorAI. We also share it if the law requires us to.
Showing your work
In short: We only feature your videos in our marketing if you say yes.
- We ask you first.
- If you say yes, you can change your mind at any time.
- Tell us by email or WhatsApp, and we'll stop.
How long we keep data
In short: We keep your data while your account is open, then delete it within 30 days of closing.

To do any of these, email or WhatsApp us. We may need to check it's really you first.
If you withdraw consent, some features may stop working. For example, we can't make presenter videos without your face.

These keep you signed in and remember your choices. The site can't work without them.
Analytics cookies
These show us which pages help and which don't. We only use them if you agree.

- We follow the PDPA's Do Not Call rules.
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click, or tell us on WhatsApp.

Age
In short: RealtorAI is for adults aged 18 and over.
We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think we have, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
In short: We'll tell you before any big changes.
Before a big change, we'll email you and show a message in the app. The date at the top of this page shows when we last updated it.
