Tours and reels

Tours and reels are built from short AI scenes, so the total depends on how many scenes you make. You see the exact cost before each scene is made. To start a guided tour or makeover reel, you need at least 24 credits in your account.

The rules, in plain words

How credits, renewals and refunds work. Short and clear.

Spending credits

  • Credits are what you spend to make things. On the Monthly plan, one credit costs about S$1.65 (S$99 for 60 credits). The rough dollar prices on this site use that rate. Yearly and bigger credit packs cost less per credit.
  • A listing video is 6 credits. With your AI presenter, it's 12.
  • You always see the credit cost before you click Create.
  • Checking your script is free. You only spend credits on the final video.
  • AI scenes in tours and reels cost 1 credit per 2 seconds, or 1 credit per second when you're on screen.
  • To start a guided tour or makeover reel, you need at least 24 credits in your account.
  • Credits have no cash value and can't be moved to another person.

Credits expiring

  • Monthly: you get 60 new credits each month. Each month's credits last 3 months.
  • Yearly: you get 720 credits on day one. They last 12 months.
  • 3-Month Pass: 90 credits and every paid feature for 3 months. It does not renew.
  • Extra credit packs last 2 years. They're for members on Monthly, Yearly or the 3-Month Pass. Yearly members get 10% extra.
  • Credit packs don't extend your plan. If your plan ends, you can still spend pack credits on Free-plan features.
  • We use the credits that expire soonest first, and remind you before any credits expire.
  • Expired credits can't be brought back.

Renewing and cancelling

  • Cancel any time. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, and your credits stay until they expire.
  • If a payment fails, paid features stop until you update your payment details. Your credits stay until they expire.
  • If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price at that time.
  • If we ever change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
  • All prices are in Singapore dollars.

Refunds

  • If you cancel within 7 days of your first plan payment and haven't created a final video, we refund that payment in full. Other payments aren't refundable.
  • If a video or photo fails to make, you are not charged.
  • If the AI clearly gets it wrong, tell us within 7 days and we'll give the credits back.

Upgrading

  • Upgrade from Monthly to Yearly any time. Your new year starts that day and your unused credits move to the new end date. The rest of your month isn't refunded.
  • You can move from Yearly to Monthly when your year ends. Plans can't be paused.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Monthly credits last 3 months from the month you get them. Yearly credits last 12 months. 3-Month Pass credits last 3 months. Extra credit packs last 2 years. We use the credits that expire soonest first, and remind you before any expire.

What is the 3-Month Pass?

A one-time payment of S$149. You get 90 credits and every paid feature for 3 months. It doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel. Buy another before it ends to carry your unused credits forward.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes, if you're on Monthly, Yearly or the 3-Month Pass. Packs of 50, 150 or 500 credits cost S$69, S$199 or S$599 and last 2 years. Yearly members get 10% extra credits free.

How do I cancel?

Go to Account, then Plan & billing, then Cancel plan. There are no fees. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, and your credits stay until they expire.

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel within 7 days of your first plan payment and haven't created a final video, we refund that payment in full. We also give credits back for clear AI errors. Other payments can't be refunded, including unused time on a plan.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or pause?

You can upgrade from Monthly to Yearly any time. Your new year starts that day, and your unused credits move to the new end date. You can move from Yearly to Monthly when your year ends. Plans can't be paused, but you can cancel and come back.

How can I pay?
