Yes. You read and edit the script, photo by photo, before anything is charged. Ask for a new script as often as you like.

The video itself is made when you click Create. If it fails to make, you're not charged.

For tours and reels, planning the storyboard is free too. You only spend credits when you create the final video.

Photo Studio is different: there's no preview for photos.

Yes. Open the video and tap Fix this video. You can change any line of the script, reorder, remove or add photos, fix the price or title, and change the music. Then we remake it.

Your first fix of each video is free. After that, each fix is 2 credits (about S$3), not the full price of a new video. Only the lines you change get a new voiceover.

Your old version stays live until the new one is ready, your sharing link stays the same, and you can go back to an earlier version for free.

Tall (9:16), the shape for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and Stories.

Need wide (16:9) for YouTube, or square (1:1)? Make another version from the same project. It costs the same as the first one.

If a video fails to make, you're not charged.

If the AI clearly gets something wrong, tell us within 7 days and we'll give the credits back. Examples:

• the wrong face
• words that don't match your script
• broken sound

Want to change something yourself, like a line or the price? Fix the video: your first fix is free, then 2 credits each.

Read the credit rules

AI video isn't filmed footage. A few things to know:

• Your mouth may not move clearly when you're small in the frame or turned to the side.
• We can't control exact walking direction, hand gestures or small details like shoes.
• AI can also invent small details.

Always watch your video before you post it.

English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Malay.

Malay videos are read by our English voices, so the accent may not sound like a native speaker. Your own voice clone works too.

Tours and reels can also show English and Chinese subtitles together.

Paid plans

Yes, on paid plans. Record 30 seconds once. We give you a short script to read. After that, every video can sound like you.

For the best accent, make one voice clone in English and one in Chinese.

Upload one clear, front-facing photo of yourself. RealtorAI turns it into a presenter that talks with an AI voice. Or with your own voice, if you've set up a voice clone.

More on your AI presenter

We only make a voice clone or presenter after you agree on a clear consent screen.

Only your account can use them, and only to make your videos.

Delete them any time in your settings. We then remove them from our systems and our AI providers within 30 days.

1. Open the TikTok app.
2. Go to Inbox.
3. Tap the notification.
4. Follow the steps to publish.

1. Post the video to YouTube from RealtorAI.
2. Copy the YouTube link.
3. Paste it into the video field of your listing.

Paid plans

Yes, on paid plans. Auto-Pilot is a posting calendar.

Drag a video onto a day, or tap Auto-fill to post one video a day at good times. It can also re-post older videos and retry posts that failed.

We can only post to Facebook Pages, not personal profiles or "Professional mode" profiles.

You also need full control of the Page.

If the Page belongs to a Meta Business Portfolio (Meta's tool for managing business Pages), you need full control there too.

Yes. There's no preview for photos, so each finished image uses credits even if you don't keep it.

If the tool fails and gives you nothing, you're not charged.

Yes. CEA's rules say photos must not mislead buyers about the real property. Staged or changed photos need a clear label.

Photo Studio adds a small "Virtually staged" label by default. Keep it on.

Do I need to say my video uses AI?

Credits are what you spend to make things.

• A listing video is 6 credits.
• With your AI presenter, it's 12.

On the Monthly plan, one credit costs about S$1.65, so a listing video is about S$10.

• Monthly credits last 3 months from the month you get them.
• Yearly credits last 12 months.
• 3-Month Pass credits last 3 months.
• Extra credit packs last 2 years.

We use the credits that expire soonest first, and remind you before any expire.

A one-time payment of S$149. You get 90 credits and every paid feature for 3 months.

It doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.

Buy another before it ends to carry your unused credits forward.

There are no fees. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. Your credits stay until they expire.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first plan payment and haven't created a final video, we refund that payment in full.

We also give credits back for clear AI errors.

Other payments can't be refunded, including unused time on a plan.

• You can upgrade from Monthly to Yearly any time. Your new year starts that day. Your unused credits move to the new end date.
• You can move from Yearly to Monthly when your year ends.
• Plans can't be paused, but you can cancel and come back.

All prices are in Singapore dollars.

CEA's ad guidelines say online ads must show five things:

1. Your name as on the CEA Public Register
2. Your CEA registration number
3. Your agency's name
4. Your agency's licence number
5. Your CEA-registered phone number

The numbers must be clearly labelled, for example "CEA Registration Number" and "CEA Licence Number".

Fill them in once on your name card and RealtorAI adds them to your videos.

Yes, if AI changed or improved how the property looks.

In February 2026, the Government replied in writing to a question in Parliament. It said agents should give sufficient disclaimers to tell buyers when AI was used to alter or enhance property images or videos.

It also said CEA has acted against agents who didn't.

RealtorAI adds an "AI-generated" label to AI-made scenes by default. Keep it on.

Yes. CEA's guidelines say you need the owner's consent before you advertise their property for sale or rent.

Get it in writing, by SMS or in another way you can prove. RealtorAI asks you to confirm this each time you add a listing.

Only use photos you have the right to use.

How consent works in RealtorAI

You do. Post them, run them as ads or put them on your website.

We never show your videos in our own marketing unless you say yes.

Go to Account, then Delete account, and confirm. Or email us, or message us on WhatsApp.

Your access stops straight away. Your videos, photos, voice clone and presenter are deleted within 30 days, including copies held by our AI providers.

We keep only records the law requires, like payment records.

More about deleting your data

We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect only what we need to make and post your videos.

Our Privacy Policy names the companies that help us, like payment and AI providers. Some are outside Singapore, and we use contracts to protect your data there.

We never sell your data.
