You can delete your account and data at any time. Here's how, what we delete, and how long it takes.

Delete in the app
In short: Go to Account, then Delete account, and confirm. No password needed.
Open Account
Sign in to RealtorAI and go to Account.
Tap Delete account
On your Account page, tap Delete account.
Confirm
Confirm you want to delete. No password needed.

In short: Email or WhatsApp us. We reply within 3 working days.
By WhatsApp
Message us from the phone number you registered with.
We reply within 3 working days.
Delete only your voice clone or presenter
In short: Keep your account, and delete just your voice clone or presenter.
Open Settings
In RealtorAI, go to Settings.
Voice or Presenter
Choose Voice or Presenter.
Tap Delete
We stop using it and remove it from our systems.
This also withdraws your consent for us to use your voice clone or face. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

In short: Everything you made or added to RealtorAI.

- Your face photos
- Your presenter looks
- Your connected social accounts

How long it takes
In short: Your access stops straight away. Everything is gone within 30 days.

Disconnect a social account
In short: You can disconnect a social account and keep your RealtorAI account.
In RealtorAI
Go to Settings, then Social accounts, then Disconnect.
On Facebook
Go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business Integrations. Remove RealtorAI.
On YouTube and Google
Remove our access in your Google security settings.
On TikTok
Remove RealtorAI from your app permissions inside TikTok.

In short: Posts stay on each app until you delete them there.
We can't delete videos you've already posted to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. Delete them in each app.

Delete posts you no longer want before you delete your RealtorAI account.
